Dr. Hummira Abawi, FACFAS, DABPM is a double Board-Certified podiatric surgeon specializing in the treatment of foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions in children and adults. Dr. Abawi treats sports injuries, Achilles tendon injuries, ankle and foot arthritis, flat feet, bunions, hammertoes, and Charcot foot deformity. She also treats patients with diabetes by providing Advanced Wound Care techniques to promote comprehensive healing and treats diabetic foot deformities. Dr. Abawi has served Marylanders for over a decade and has performed thousands of foot and ankle procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
